Hola! My name is Carolina I was born in Madrid and lived there my whole life, so my native language is Spanish. I have a passion for teaching and I would love to help you learn Spanish! Learning a language allowed me to build a life in a different country, communicate with people from different nationalities and it is also really fun and fulfilling.

I love to make my lessons as enjoyable as possible putting a lot of emphasis in the culture: exploring Spanish painters and creating our own art, writing recipes for delicious Spanish dishes or listening to famous Flamenco classics. All of these while learning the grammar and vocabulary that will allow you to communicate in Spanish.

As I am a native speaker, I can tailor my lessons to whatever your needs are. If you are in the process of taking your exams we could take a more serious approach, or if you are interested in the insides of the language and would like to learn it in a more traditional manner, that can also be done!

Don`t hesitate and send me a message if you are interested (The prices of the lesson are by the hour, not per person, so if you bring a friend you would pay for the hour!)

Experience: I am currently working in a school as a High Level Teaching Assistant and I have most recently tutored Spanish for children. In the school, I teach Spanish lessons which are part of the curriculum. As well as this, I run intervention groups for reading, writing and maths.

I have also tutored Spanish to both children and adults around the London area.

In 2016, I worked as a tutor in Spain for two years, helping mostly children to improve in core subjects like, English, Maths and Spanish literacy.
