Information about Robin

Hi, I`m Robin, I`m a PhD student in Physical Chemistry at UCL. I have a Master`s degree in Materials Science (First Class Honours) and I am currently tutoring A-Level Chemistry and Physics; undergraduate Materials Science (all modules); undergraduate Chemistry (Physical Chemistry modules only).

I have a positive and engaging teaching style, with an emphasis on understanding why concepts in Chemistry and Physics are important in the real world (not just because they`re on the exam syllabus)! I believe that it is this basis, combined of course with proper exam technique, that allows students to excel.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: - Two years as an undergraduate tutor (Physical Chemistry)
- One year working at schools for a sustainable education and outreach company alongside my PhD studies
- One year leading study sessions in Materials Science at the University of Manchester
