I began my musical education at an early age, going on to attend the Royal Academy of Music where I completed my music studies. As well as the piano, I also play the cello and flute.

Though I started off as a classical pianist, my repertoire is diverse, and rock and jazz also have a close place in my heart.

My style of teaching places enjoyment at its core and I actively involve students in choice of pieces, adapting my teaching style to students preferred way of learning. Depending on your needs, I can work through grades with you or teach for the pure enjoyment of learning to play music.

I have been teaching beginner to intermediate level level piano to adult learners and children for over 10 years. Many of my students started with me as young as 3 years old, and have continued to have lessons with me throughout junior and secondary school, with their musical enjoyment and skills blossoming throughout the years. I have also taught piano to adults of varying levels from a range of backgrounds.

I`m friendly, easygoing and approachable, with a good sense of humour. In my spare time, I enjoy rollerblading, musicals, playing board games and watching movies.

Availability: Tuesday-Friday Evenings, Saturday and Sunday afternoons
