German tutor with a background in German/Englisch translation work, political studies and performing arts.

Availability: At the moment I am only available for online sessions! I am available midday afternoon during weekdays and during the weekend!

Experience: My previous work with children and young adults included summer programs, nannying, arts education and my previous position as a teacher`s assistant in schools for kids with special needs.
The position taught me how to adapt to new circumstances on a constant basis and how to pick up things quickly to make sure I am able to full fill the personal needs of the individual I have to assist.
Every child was different and had other ways of communicating and inter act and I had to adapt to them.

In all my work I have enjoyed motivating and empowering people, of all ages, to become more successful and more resilient. I have cultivated strong relationships with participants from past programs and remain in contact with many. Many of the skills required for this work, for example negotiation and patience, come from working with young people. In my current teaching role I work with children with special needs and my strong communication skills have allowed me to build a trusting and strong relationship with these young people.
