History is hard. It can often make us feel anxious and overwhelmed.
In our 1-1 sessions, I will provide clarity on your current subject of study, support you in structuring effective exam responses, and provide you with useful revision techniques to maximise your marks.
I do not teach in a closed and prescri ptive way but a mutually supportive one. History is an ongoing process of inquiry and debate in which both students and teachers should collaborate. I invite my students to challenge me and the interpretations provided by others while also emboldening them to create their own views.

Experience: I am an experienced History teacher who has taught in both international schools and within the UK. I am currently teaching history in a secondary school based in Brighton.
I achieved a First Class (BA) Honors in History and Medieval Studies and was awarded the William Greenway Memorial Prize as the student who achieved the highest standard of work in medieval history. I then earned a distinction-level Master`s degree in Medieval History.
