Hello, I am a qualified and experienced Mathematics teacher. I am a friendly and approachable person with experience of teaching at GCSE and iGCSE level and A-Level. I also enjoy sharing my mathematical knowledge and seeing my students make progress. I offer different structures to suit your needs, such as:
-Weekly or bi-weekly maths tutoring.
-Crash course revision lessons for exams during school holidays (GCSE only).
-Lessons for Numeracy Professional Skills Test, which I have taken and passed myself.
-Exam papers help and support (GCSE and A Level only).
-Bridging support for transitioning into GCSEs(Year 9, 10 and 11) from KS3(Year 7 and 8) or from GCSE to A-Level.

As a qualified teacher you can be sure I will act professionally and will be well prepared for tutoring sessions. I am able to deliver planned, engaging and appropriately challenging lessons.

As someone interested in helping students overcome barriers which prevent them from achieving their best I can relate to students and find ways to help them get the best exam marks they can and spot where they could potentially make mistakes. I also like making learning fun because I believe maths is a fun subject, even if it is challenging. For younger students I concentrate on making sure they have solid basic skills and for older students taking A Levels I make sure that they can present their thoughts clearly in exams and tackle long difficult questions. I have experience of teaching in secondary schools in London, from Year 7 to Year 13 and internationally as well, making me proficient at teaching iGCSE and IB too.

Availability: I am available at both weekends and weekdays. I am flexible with timings during the weekend.
I can either provide tuition remotely or travel to you. An additional charge of £10 minimum will be added if you require me to come to your home due to time and travel expenses, this will be discussed before the first lesson.

Experience: I have taught Year 13 A-Level and Year 12 AA HL and SL at IB.
I also have experience teaching higher classes at both Year 10 and 11 for GCSE Mathematics, iGCSE Mathematics and iGCSE Further Mathematics.
My experience means that I have been trusted with exam year groups including teaching to the top achievers, I am extremely comfortable with challenging and excelling able pupils.
I have also taught extensively at KS3 and am confident with the curriculum having completed my PGCE with Warwick University and working in London as a qualified secondary Mathematics teacher.
