I’m passionate about the outdoors and our natural environment. I’m very active and always looking for the next adventure. The experiences I have gained from extensive travel and work allow me to deliver content with alternative view points.

Natural History and geography are my specialties. I have also trained and coached athletes to a high standard, using functional fitness as my method of delivery.

I can bring many alternative and out of doors learning experiences into an educational establishment that will support and provide enhanced life skills.

I truly believe that students can gain much from their environment and practical activity: basic survival skills, shelter building, map and compass reading, basic building and carpentry, small animal and reptile husbandry, gardening and landscaping to name a few.

I’m easy going and very patient.
I have worked in challenging environments all over the world, including South Africa and Uganda.
