My enthusiasm within the classroom appears in all aspects of my teaching and interactions with children. Through promoting a strong focus on being child-centred and child-led, I have found that children are much more respectful of their community, both in and out of a school environment, and they are more resilient. I hold high expectations for what the children are capable of achieving, which is clear in my approach.

I specifically enjoy tutoring and find that this intervention can significantly improve young people`s school experience. This can be held both in person or online.

On a personal level, I am an active person who enjoys being outdoors with my dog and spending time with family and friends.

Experience: I have over 2 years of experience teaching GCSE English, Maths and Science, specifically to those who may struggle to keep up.
I have also taught for over 4 years the primary curriculum, both KS1 and KS2.
Working with children who have additional needs has been something I have done throughout my career and continue to do. Working 1:1 and within small groups has provided me with a very strong set of skills and lots of fun activities to make learning easier.
