Experience: -Six years childcare experience in an early years setting.
- Level 5 diploma in childhood and youth studies
- Level 4 diploma in teaching and learning in the primary years
- Level 4 in child psychology
-Level 3 early years educator qualification
- extensive Knowledge of the EYFS
- knowledge of learning and teaching phonics
- Level 3 safeguarding and first aid training
- Complete SEND diploma (special education needs disabilities)
- experience in one planning and EHCP assessments and plans
- Learning support assistant for one to one with several children
- knowledge and experience of KS1 curriculum
- specially in emotional well-being, social skills and transitioning into school.
- Education to peace- Montessori approach training
