I am a multii-lingual Managing Director with more than 25 years experience of working in an international selling and business arena. I recently resigned my last post, amicably, after 10 successful years of working for a major multi-national (German) group of businesses. Since graduating in 1988, I have used my language capability almost daily for professional and personal communication. I am fluent in French, Spanish, Italian and German. I have no formal teaching qualifications but started my career with a brief stint of selling BBC Foreign Language Training courses to industry and tutoring company members

I was looking for advanced German language tuition and Richard Woods was recommended to me by a third party training provider. I have been learning German for many years and needed to brush up on my skills and get past the level i`m currently at. Richard is an excellent German tutor and immediately puts you at ease, he is very patient but at the same time encourages you to get the best out of yourself. My German language training was geared towards the Automotive Industry and the terminology used within this field. Richard has worked in this area for many years so has an excellent grasp of the vocabulary and also how to translate complex texts. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the German language and helped me improve my grammar and conversational skills. I thoroughly enjoyed my German language training and would highly recommend Richard as a tutor.
