After completing my masters degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, I went onto become a full time science and maths secondary school teacher. I can offer you high quality teaching and learning that will build confidence and academic ability. I enjoy teaching on a one-to-one basis as this allows me introduce a variety learning and revision methods to improve pupil progress substantially.

My teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students understand the topic for themselves, asking stimulating questions and providing advice that enables them to grasp concepts clearly, and in a way that they will remember long-term. I believe in a personalised learning approach; every student is different and thus requires a different teaching style in order to maximise their academic potential. I hope through my patient and enthusiastic approach I can support your child to fulfil their potential in their academic studies.
