A fully qualified and experienced science teacher of 19 years, increasing student grades` from U-A grades in four inner city schools. OFSTED reports have shown my knowledge and teaching to be outstanding. I have taught a vast number of students including SEN higher and lower ability pupils in chemistry biology physics and maths. I use my experience working with OCR, Edxecel and AQA exam boards and as an exam marker to prepare students in their subject knowledge and exam skills and techniques and build their confidence to become independent in their learning to achieve their desired grade. I currently work in a secondary school and am DBS checked. I am friendly, approachable, very well organised and prepared. I am flexible in working times to suit you. Kevin demonstrates a mastery of the subject, and has built a really good rapport with my son, which has been instrumental in the improvements we have seen. My son really looks forward to his lessons and has recently achieved higher grades at his end of term exams after a month and a half of sessions with Kevin. Definitely recommend !

Kevin has been tutoring my son since September 2022 and he has helped build confidence in his maths ability. Kevin always arrives on time and my son always looks forward to seeing him for his lesson, which is a miracle. Kevin is 10 out of 10 for tutoring and we were lucky to find him. A great teacher.
