Zhiyi

Hi, my name is Zhiyi (pronounced as "G"). I went to the Perse School in Cambridge and I graduated from University College London with 1st class honours in BSc Economics. I moved to the UK when I was 11 so I am fluent in English.
Being a secondary maths teacher, I understand completely how difficult it has been for both children and parents during the last few months. Every child is different, therefore I tend to alter my teaching style depending on who the student is. I love teaching, and I am fun and approachable. I believe that it is important to involve students as much as possible in the learning process so that knowledge can last.

Experience: I am currently teaching Mathematics in a secondary school outside of Cambridge and I have done a DBS check recently. I have been doing private tutoring since 2017 and all of my students have improved academically and achieved higher grades since the start of my tuition.
