I hold a First-Class Degree in Mathematics from the University of Exeter and have experience teaching in two leading UK independent boarding schools - Blundell’s School and Cranleigh School. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to help students build confidence, master key concepts, and reach their full potential in mathematics.

After several rewarding years in full-time teaching, I stepped out of the classroom to pursue a professional hockey career — an experience that strengthened my discipline, focus, and ability to perform under pressure. Alongside this, I founded and now run a full-time tutoring business, supporting students of all ages in achieving their academic goals.

I continue to coach hockey at Cranleigh School, balancing this with my tutoring work, hockey career and family life — including raising three young daughters under the age of six! This balance keeps me grounded, organised, and always aware of the importance of patience, encouragement, and motivation in helping young people thrive.
