I’m a qualified Maths teacher with 10 years of experience teaching GCSE Maths and supporting students of all abilities. I believe every student can succeed in maths with the right support, encouragement and approach.

My lessons are tailored to each individual student, focusing on their strengths, areas for development and learning style. By personalising every session, I help students build confidence, deepen their understanding and make meaningful progress. Whether a student is aiming to pass their GCSE, boost their grade or overcome maths anxiety, I work closely with them to maximise their potential and help them achieve their goals in a supportive and positive environment.

Availability: Monday and Friday: from 6pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: from 5am -5pm uk time. Available throughout the day and evenings

Saturday: 9-5pm uk time

Experience: My teaching journey began during my initial teacher training in an independent school, where I developed a strong foundation in delivering high-quality, personalised learning experiences. Since then, I have built extensive experience supporting learners across a range of educational settings.

My current role is teaching Mathematics in a mainstream secondary school, where I help students build confidence, strengthen their understanding and achieve their academic goals. Mathematics is my specialist subject, and I am passionate about making the subject accessible, engaging and rewarding for every learner.

Throughout my career, I have worked across mainstream, independent, SEN/D and SEMH settings, as well as pupil referral units. I have supported students with a multitude of educational needs, including SEMH, autism, ADHD, developmental needs, visual impairments and other additional learning needs. This experience has enabled me to develop a flexible and inclusive approach, adapting lessons to suit each student`s individual strengths and challenges.

Alongside mathematics, I have experience teaching English, science and life skills. I am also a qualified child and adolescent counsellor, which enhances my ability to support students` wellbeing alongside their academic progress.

My teaching approach is centred on personalised learning, identifying gaps in understanding and tailoring lessons to maximise progress. My aim is to help every student develop confidence in their abilities, achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
