I am passionate about supporting students in building both their confidence and academic achievement. I understand that for many learners, a lack of confidence can be the biggest barrier to success, particularly in subjects they find challenging.

My primary aim is to help students develop a secure and thorough understanding of key concepts while working strategically towards achieving — and often exceeding — their desired grade. Through tailored lessons, clear explanations, and consistent encouragement, I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, take risks, and grow in confidence.

With a strong understanding of how students learn and how exam success is achieved, I am committed to helping every learner make measurable progress and reach their full potential.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: from 5am -5pm uk time. Available throughout the day and evenings

Experience: Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with learners across a wide range of educational stages, from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through primary and secondary education, to adult learners returning to study. My specialist subject is mathematics, and I am passionate about helping students develop both confidence and mastery in this area. Alongside maths, I have experience teaching English, science, and life skills, allowing me to provide well-rounded support where needed.

I hold specialised training in autism-specific curricula and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) provision, equipping me to meet the needs of students with diverse learning profiles. My professional experience spans SEN/D and SEMH schools, mainstream and independent settings, as well as pupil referral units.

As a qualified child and adolescent counsellor, I provide holistic support that extends beyond academic attainment, incorporating guidance for emotional and psychological wellbeing. I am particularly skilled at engaging learners who may feel disengaged or lack confidence in maths, fostering a nurturing and structured environment that enables them to achieve meaningful progress and reach their desired outcomes.
