I am a friendly and patient PhD student with a passion for Science. I am currently based at Rothamsted Research where I am investigating the use of beneficial fungi as biocontrol against crop diseases.
I have a first class BSc in Biology from the University of Sheffield. I also have a TEFL certificate and a Band 4 Teaching Knowledge Test from the University of Cambridge.
I have a years experience working as an English Teacher for Education First in China, as well as experience as a Senior Teacher at a children`s summer camp in Italy. Prior to this, I worked as a children`s Activity Leader in the UK.
I am a strong believer that learning should be fun, and by adopting effective revision techniques and setting regular goals, students are able to achieve their full potential.
Availability: I am available most weekday evenings, however I can be flexible so please get in touch to discuss.
