I am a qualified Chemistry and Biology Teacher, currently working in a secondary school in North Yorkshire. I have 9 years’ experience of teaching and tutoring A-Level and GCSE and I have many past students who have achieved their target grades or higher. I have a solid understanding of the current curriculum and of the exam board requirements and have developed many tools to assist students in these areas. Students benefit from my tutoring as it is completely tailored to them. I can help them by ensuring any gaps in their knowledge are covered, developing deeper understanding for more difficult questions, improving exam technique, providing detailed feedback on tests/homework and providing high quality resources for revision and practice. Prior to teaching, I gained an MSc in Pharmacology and worked for 8 years in the Forensic Science industry.

Availability: Monday - Saturday 9am-8pm
