Hi there! I’m Rose, a medical student at Imperial. I’ve worked as a tutor for over a year at Explore Learning and have privately tutored for two years with A-level/GCSE students.

I want your voice to be principal in your learning journey; you tailor your own session so we focus on what you need most.

A general session structure would include:

1) Intro: your concerns
e.g. questions from previous session, specific area you need consolidation on

2) Main: topic focus of your choice
e.g. content revision, practice questions

3) End: evaluate
e.g. how confident we feel, what you expect from the next session

More than anything, I want to create a comfortable working space. I’m not a teacher but your tutor; use me the best you can and ask away!

Medicine’s dynamic, evolving landscape is what drew me towards this exciting field. With aspirations of using new research and technology to help patients, I aim to help students with what I currently have equipped: a strong scientific and mathematical base, exam experience, and most importantly a passion for STEM and the numerous opportunities it opens doors for.
