Hola!

My name is Marina [contact detail removed] and I`m a 21 years old. I moved to Scotland to study English and German at university and since then I also learned Italian and I`m currently learning Arabic...so yes! I`m a language enthusiast.

In my first university year I started teaching Spanish to adults with different kinds of Spanish knowledge and the experience made me fall in love with the educational world. I continued this path through my second year as well.
In 3rd year I did two semesters abroad in Berlin, Germany. There I worked as a Spanish teacher assistant in a High School which reinforced my teaching skills and of course, the knowledge of the Spanish language.

The way I base my classes depend on the language level of the student. Generally, however, they are very conversational based, using photos to compare, learn vocabulary, have interesting conversation topics... Along with that, I prepare grammar sheets with explanations and exercises to do together, not only to practice the grammar, but also to practice the pronunciation of the new vocabulary and answer any question the student might come up with during the session.

An important note is that based on your needs, we could always organise the classes in a way it would beneficiate you more. I can also adapt to any exam preparation the student is working on.

This being said, I am a very social and talkative person who would love to help you learn a new language and improve your skills. This won`t only help anyone when asking for a drink in any Hispanic country but will open you a lot doors and opportunities.

Experience: Since February 2017 I have been tutoring Spanish to adults from all levels, A1 to almost C1.
Moreover, last year I had an internship in a German high school in Berlin, where I assisted the Spanish teacher. This reinforced my knowledge of the language and perfected not only my teaching skills but also my professionalism.
