I adapt my style to the individual student and troubleshooting their exact challenges, which often involves playing the roles of mentor and performance coach. I have an intimate knowledge of every corner of the syllabus and lots of different approaches to hand for teaching any given concept, with a plethora of real world context & examples to bring the syllabus to life. This sets me apart from less experienced or less specialised tutors who lack this depth in the subject.

My teaching methods are based on how the human brain naturally works and in many ways the syllabus is simply a means to teach students a much more valuable lesson - how to learn any new skill efficiently. My job is done properly when my student walks away thinking "wow that was way better than school".

93% of my A-Level students achieved A/A* in academic year 2023-24. Of those that intended to go to university, all of them made it into one of their first choices.
