I am a fully qualified Primary School Teacher in the North East of England. I studied at Northumbria University and secured a full time permanent position before I graduated in 2018 - and I have grown personally and professionally through my experiences.

I am patient and gentle in approach, and especially sensitive to students who lack confidence. I will work with your child and with yourself, to understand your child`s needs and build a bespoke plan to help get your child to where they need to be. I will not just look at your child`s current abilities, but we will also look at their motivation and interest in the subject and with a flexible, empathic approach, your child will not just overcome any current issues, but will be equipped for future learning experiences.

I have a full clean UK driving licence and am willing to travel to you. I offer in-person and online lessons.

Availability: My timings are flexible but please bare in mind I do teach during the day at school and sometimes have meetings. I will be unavailable on Tuesday after school due to our weekly staff meeting and Friday after school as I help to run a Brownie Group in my local area. During school holidays I am particularly flexible and can always do more than one session a week.
I will always liaise with you week to week about my availability/ changes.

My first degree was in Business Information Systems with elements of coding. When I secured my teaching job, I also secured my position as lead in Computing in the school.

I specialise in Maths, English, Science and Computing of students of primary school age.
