Having trouble with Maths? I can help you with those tricky problems. I have some availability online Monday to Wednesday 8am to 8pm.

I have a degree in Mathematics and am a qualified secondary school Maths teacher. Most of my teaching has been preparation for GCSE Maths exams and this area is my speciality.

I use Skype to communicate with my students. I can ask them questions, and they can ask me lots of questions too! I write on a graphics board and share my screen so my students can watch and participate as I am writing. At the end of the lesson I save all the slides that have been created and send them to the student, so they have a clear record of the lesson.

I set homework after each session and ask for this to be sent to me online before the next lesson.

I am a friendly, enthusiastic tutor and I encourage my students to think. I like to involve my students in planning lessons and I guide them in coming up with correct solutions, thus boosting confidence and understanding.

I have three children of my own so I understand how parents feel. Our own children all had tutoring at some point of their education, and looking back, we know it was definitely worth while!
