I am a hard-working, organised and trustworthy individual. I find helping others rewarding and this is something I want to continue to do. I hold an AMBDA qualification and a Level 7 Post Graduate Certificate in Dyslexia and Specific Learning Difficulties. I am currently a sixth form tutor supporting students in all areas of their learning from proof-reading work, organisation to helping choose the next step in their education. Over the years I have worked in several schools, supporting students with their learning and currently provide 1:1 tuition for children from the age of 6-18, building their confidence and learning. I believe that there is no such thing as ‘I can’t’ and if the correct support and strategies are put into place, we can achieve far more than we ever imagined we could.

Experience: -HLTA in a Middle School supporting on a -1:1 basis and small groups.
-6th form Support Coordinator.

-Basic Maths Support (Primary, Functional Skills, GCSE).
-Study Skills, Course Work and Assignment support.
-Dyslexia Support- finding the learning style to suit individuals.
-Organisational support.
-Scribing and reading for exams.
-Proof reading and Note taking
