I provide tuition for young children as I have many years of experience as a Montessori teacher and also have overseas experience of teaching English as a foreign language. I understand the importance of providing tuition at the student`s pace in order for them to gain both confidence and competence. I have great rapport with children and am committed to aiding their learning using the Montessori philosophy and materials whenever possible. With older children (and adults) I use appropriate workbooks that suit their individual learning goals.

Montessori education is always child-led in the classroom, therefore focusing on the child`s interests, and utilises the Montessori materials. It is an approach that I am passionate about as, over the years, I have witnessed many children flourish and develop in all areas of the curriculum at an advanced rate.

I currently work with young children and aim to give them a head start upon commencing their schooling life, or assist them with any areas of their learning that they may be finding more of a a challenge.
I am also able to assist older children or adult learners with their skills in English Language.
In addition, I have experience of preparing children for the Key Stage 1 and 2 SATs.

Experience: I have over 20 years of experience as a Montessori teacher and also have experience in teaching English at an Italian primary school. I have been tutoring young children and adults at home for over seven years now.
