I am a keen linguist having studied French, German & Dutch to A-Level standard and becoming fluent / proficient in these languages (and others) whilst living and working in France, Holland and Germany. I love languages - the nuances and rhythm of the spoken word. I also love how being able to converse in the local language opens up doors, which I found to my great surprise in Japan where I spent 4 years - learning how to read and converse in very basic Japanese! I have travelled extensively and am learning to be more proficient in both Spanish and Italian. I would love to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for languages and help you "the student" become more proficient in your chosen language as well as having fun learning!

Availability: I am flexible most of the time and try to fit in with students schedules when I can. I am happy to teach at home or at the students home if preferable.

Experience: I have tutored adults and children for the last few years. At present I am only teaching online until the C-19 crisis abates and makes it safe for me to do face to face tuition.
I have tutored Japanese children (5-18 years) and French children (5-8 years). I am now tutoring some foreign students in the New Forest - helping them to improve their English language skills. I have a DBS certificate and a full clean driving licence.
