A highly experienced teacher since 1987 serving in Primary Schools, involving Special Educational and behavioural needs, and across curriculum teaching. Bachelor of Education Honours in Special Education and in-service training including child protection.

Availability: Tuesday Wednesday and Friday evenings.
Daytime arrangements can be made.

Experience: My teaching experience includes all primary ages, abilities, special and behavioural needs, using diverse resources and environments. I have worked successfully with children from wide-ranging social backgrounds, ethnicities, and faiths, and am able to encourage their learning, meeting their individual, practical needs, plan differentiated tasks, support, guide and monitor their grasp of activities, and set challenging but achievable targets.

I offer a caring, thoughtful, highly organized and efficient approach to students. I enable measured improvement of children’s skills and attainment and have a creative approach to subjects across the curriculum, supporting them to grasp concepts practically and visually when possible, and helping them to enjoy and value the learning experience.
I am able to support Primary students with-
