Having taught for 9 years, I am an experienced and highly motivated Geography teacher who has a breadth of experience across a variety of exam boards, with a deep knowledge of Edexcel and AQA. I have worked as a Head of Geography and Faculty, working alongside exam boards to understand the requirements of the public examinations. I continue to teach students throughout KS3-KS5.

I have successfully tutored students who displayed a variety of needs in different topic areas, with my strength being my ability to adapt to different learning styles. I have a strong success rate, with my students attaining high grades in their investigations and formal examinations. My students go on to achieve their desired grade within the subject, with most seeing at least an improvement of 2 grades.

Having taught in schools within Liverpool, London and Berkshire in both the private and state sector, I am an outstanding academic practitioner, and have experience of examination coaching for Common Entrance examinations, GCSE and A Level. I offer tutoring both in person and remotely.

I am also able to help with coursework and controlled assessment tasks. With younger children I can offer support for Common Entrance and general Geography/ humanities at all Key Stages.
