Home tutoring is an effective way to supplement your child’s learning and I very much enjoy applying my knowledge and experience of full-time primary teaching in both literacy and mathematics subjects, but in the familiar surroundings of the child’s home environment. In this setting I find it is helpful to hear material explained in a different way than in class or at a different pace.

I specialize in English and Maths skills and preparation for SATS. I can also assist with homework and study skills.

I have been working in primary schools in the North West area for the last twelve years. I have a vast amount of KS2 experience particularly in years 2, 3,4, 5 and 6. I have supported children through their SATs exams and have a thorough knowledge of the tests.
