1-1 Maths tutoring up GCSE Level.

My name is Marie and I have been tutoring Mathematics for over 10 years now, specialising in providing a personal service for those students who need help in their knowledge, techniques and passion for Mathematics.

I am a engineer in the defence sector, with a Master of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering so I have been doing Mathematics all my life. I used to be an examiner for the GCSE prior to the 9-1 modification. I have a very good knowledge of all exam boards.

I currently have a 100% pass rate with an average GCSE grade attainment of a 7.

I prefer online but I am able to travel if required.

Availability: After school, preferably evenings.

Experience: I am currently working as an engineer in the defence sector.

I have been tutoring since studying mathematics and engineering at university and so have over 7 years of experience teaching Mathematics. I have transitioned many of my students from Year 7 to the new 9-1 GCSE Mathematics structure. I am passionate and enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge of maths to all my students - especially those who shudder at the thought of maths!
