I am an experienced teacher who has worked in a range of schools in a variety of roles (KS1, KS2 and adult education). I teach the full range of subjects covered in the primary national curriculum and have also supported children in the transition to KS3. I`ve been teaching primary children for almost 15 years now -the last few years in year 6 - I love it and find it extremely rewarding. I am highly resourceful and aim to tailor lessons and teaching to individual needs. I feel passionately about enabling children to achieve what they are capable of - building confidence and self-belief is key to success, along with a growth mindset.

Availability: I am currently available during the daytime, evenings and some weekends.

Willing to travel: 8 miles

Experience: 15 years teaching experience. Since qualifying 95% of my observations have been deemed outstanding. Children I have taught make good or exceptional progress. I have taught 1:1 in the school environment - successfully supporting children in their learning. I have considerable experience in preparing and supporting children through SAT`s. I have experience of leading in English and Science in the primary setting.
