I am a graduate from the University of York, achieving a 1st classification in my MChem in Biological and Medicinal Chemistry. I am currently enrolled on a PhD in the Chemistry department at the University of Leeds, working on anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory drugs.

I have a strong history of teaching experience, in both the classroom and tutoring environments, having undertaken teaching assistant experience at both Dowdales School and Barrow 6th Form College. Additionally, while still an undergraduate at the university of York, I managed the mentoring scheme within the chemistry department, which often involved the academic support of the new intake of undergraduates. I have an excellent understanding of the needs all levels of students, and the requirements to both motivate their learning, and develop their skills and knowledge.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: 2 weeks classroom experience at Dowdales School, Cumbria.
6 months tutoring experience with two A-level Maths students at Dowdales School, Cumbria.
1 month of private tutoring experience with a GCSE student in Chemistry, Maths, Physics and Biology
