I am a patient and enthusiastic teacher offering tuition in all Primary National Curriculum subjects, Spanish and Piano lessons for primary aged children.

I can help your child catch up in subjects they are finding tricky, excel in subjects that they are enjoying, prepare for SATs tests or simply complete homework set by their class teacher. I can also work with your child on cursive handwriting and phonics.

I try to make sessions enjoyable and interactive, creating an open learning atmosphere where the tutee feels able to ask questions. We don`t all learn in the same way and so I alter my teaching style according to what your child enjoys or dislikes. I will also provide regular feedback on your child`s progress. I am happy to teach small groups of children for an agreed discounted price.

Experience: - Qualified primary school teacher with recent experience teaching to the National Curriculum (Primary PGCE with QTS - Kingston University)

- BA Spanish degree (2:1 - Bristol University)

- 7 years experience tutoring children and adults in schools, 1:1 and in small groups as well

- Experience in supporting children for whom English is an additional language, as well as those working with special educational needs
