Information about Danielle
I currently tutor three children who are in EYFS and KS1, working one-to-one on specific areas of the curriculum where they need additional support. I plan and deliver lessons weekly to these children and have received positive feedback from parents as to my relationship with the children and the impact the sessions have on their learning.

Experience: I recently worked as a full time Year 2 teacher at an Infant School in Norwich. This was further to completing my teaching training where I was based in a mixed EYFS/KS1 class at a rural primary school in South Norfolk. During my NQT year, I participated in numerous training courses including phonics workshops, maths and behaviour management which further developed my skills in these areas. My school was subject to a two day OFSTED inspection in 2017 and I was also involved in the Local Authority moderation process in which my judgements were considered secure. I plan and deliver lessons which are differentiated to meet the needs of all children. My Year 2 class had a high number of children who were on the Special Educational Needs Register and had English as an additional language. I have experience in dealing with challenging behaviour and I have developed my behaviour management strategies accordingly. I am confident in using Pupil Asset to input data and monitor pupil progress. I follow schools assessment policies closely and ensure that my feedback is effective.
