Information about Olwyn
I have been a Mathematics teacher for over 20 years and worked as KS3 coordinator and currently Head of Maths. I have been at the forefront of maths teaching, having worked with the Royal Institution to innovate and explore practical ways of teaching maths. I am currently pioneering Maths Mastery in schools, with a view to leading a network of schools to implement it.
Availability: I am available Mon-Fri from 5-7 and weekends.

Experience: I have been teaching in a number of schools here and abroad. I have great experience teaching to both foundation and higher students and adapt to the needs of each individual. I have also significant experience in teaching Pure, Applied and Further Maths. Before tutoring, I assess each and every student to identify areas of weakness. This means that I am able to concentrate and explain complex ideas much more clearly.
