I am a teacher and a mum of 3 children - two at secondary school and one at primary school and I have a crazy dog called Otto. I love yoga and pilates and am on a mission to get fitter each year! I have a warm and encouraging teaching style and aim to build each child’s confidence so they feel positive about learning. I tailor sessions to the individual, breaking learning into manageable steps and adapting my approach to suit their needs. I use a mix of structured teaching and engaging activities to keep children motivated and help them make steady progress.

Availability: I am available weekday day times and Wednesday/Friday after school.

Experience: I have over 10 years’ experience as a teacher and have tutored children alongside this for a number of years. I currently work with three pupils each week, supporting them in English and maths through tailored, one-to-one sessions that focus on building confidence and strengthening core skills. I adapt my teaching to suit each child’s needs and pace, helping them feel more secure in their learning. Alongside academic tutoring, I am also a qualified children’s yoga teacher and have run after-school clubs in schools for the past nine years, which has given me a strong understanding of supporting children’s wellbeing, focus, and emotional regulation.
