Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I teach English and Spanish grammar, writing, reading, listening and speaking skills to children and adults at a variety of levels as a private tutor.
I also teach Spanish as a collaborative teacher at the Instituto Cervantes in Manchester and in Leeds. I am in charge of a group of students learning from a basic level of Spanish to an advance level.
I taught and assessed General English and the University of Manchester to two different classes within the four skills of English. I also taught on a British Culture course where I was responsible for taking students on educational visits. I gave 1:1 tutorials to the students in my tutor group where I guided and supported them on their individual learning pathways. My administrative duties included maintaining records of work, continuous assessment records, attendance records, and tutorial notes. I also liaised and worked with co-tutors on the teaching team and the course co-ordinator on administrative and pedagogic matters.
I taught Spanish to children from Year 1 to Year 6. I also taught English as an Additional Language to children in school whose first language is not English in Millfield Primary School (Leeds).
I have also delivered Spanish and French lessons that I had previously planned, as well as the After School Clubs in five different Primary Schools all over West Yorkshire for a company called Junior Jam.
I have also taught English to the Casbega (main distributor of Coca-Cola) employees in levels from A1 to B1 in Salamanca (Spain).
