Hello! My name is Benjamin, I`m a Medical Student and recent graduate in the History and Philosophy of Science and Medicine (1st Class).

I offer a friendly and non-judgemental teaching style. I aim to build confidence, inspire interest in learning, and to help secure exam success.

My approach varies depending on the needs of each student, but lessons usually take the form of a question-answer format, rather than a more didactic approach. I try to encourage understanding above simple memorisation, in the belief that this is more enjoyable, time and cost-efficient for both tutor and student.

My interest is largely in communication- in language, literature and linguistics, and I`ve a growing interest in Psychiatry to this end.

Experience: I have over 150 hours experience tutoring in schools, online and at home on a regular basis for four years, teaching from KS2 level to Degree level. I tutor mostly in Biology and English, as well as school & university admissions / interview advice too!
