Sallie

Hi there,

I`m Sallie, a 26 year old illustrator from Newport, Shropshire. Alongside illustrating books and creating personalised watercolour paintings, I also hold both adult`s and children`s art classes and do one-to-one tuition lessons.

My tuition is great for children and teenagers who need extra assistance alongside their school art lessons, or even people who want to learn more skills and experiment with different techniques and materials!

After completing GCSE/A-Level/Foundation level art qualifications, I then began a degree in Illustration BA (Hons) at Loughborough University. Unfortunately, after a year of doing the course I had to leave due to health problems - I had to have two heart operations during my first year of university! I then graduated in 2013 with a 2:1 degree in English Literature. Since leaving university I have devoted my time to teaching, and being an illustrator.

Availability: I am available to run lessons for children and teenagers after school during weekday evenings. I am also available to do some time at weekends if necessary. I can also run daytime classes for adults if required.

Experience: I have been working as an illustrator for the past three years, and have been teaching for just over a year.
