Hi my name is Tomo, Im a 29 year old Music Teacher from Oxford, now living in Hampstead, North London. I have been teaching drums within school and privately for 7 years. The main subjects I teach are: Drums, Latin hand Percussion, Piano, Musical Composition and Music Technology.

As well as teaching I also play with bands and artists in studio and live on tour. Some of my professional experiences includes working with; Taio Cruz for the album promo towards `TY.O`. Touring Europe and Asia with Maksim Mrvica as a Drummer & percussionist. Working with Shane Filan on his promo tour for the debut album `You and Me`. Touring Asia extensively with The fin.

Experience: Tomo is a 29 year old Session Musician based in Hampstead, North London, his main instruments are Drums, Percussion, Piano, Music Composition and backing Vocals. I Graduated from the Academy Of Contemporary Music in 2009 with a B(Mus) Hons.

Tomo has been teaching for the passed 7 years privately and in schools across England.

As a tutor he likes to work under two main teaching schemes:
Structured tutor lead programme - This is where Tomo will guide each lesson based on the level of playing of the student, tackling tasks such as Technique, Feel, Reading, Tuning, History of the instrument to gain an all round knowledge and understanding to his or her playing.

Week By Week Student Lead Creative Control programme - The creative control programme is all about learning what the student wants to learn be it their favourite track, a song that needs learning for a band practice or just your favourite beat or Drum Fill.
