I have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of drive and purpose when it comes to succeeding and supporting children in reaching their full potential.

I have gained experience within my career through my roles of the Assistant Head Teacher, Early Years Coordinator and the Well-Being Coordinator and have proven success in dramatically raising standards to above National Averages.

2 years in Year 2 also as the well being coordinator
