I am a qualified actuary whose passion has always been mathematics and who now wants to spend more time teaching others about the subject.

I have a first class (hons) degree in Applied Maths from St Andrews University, and `A level grade A`s in Maths, Futher Maths, Physics and Chemistry

Availability: Weekdays, evenings and some weekends

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: My interest in teaching started early, when my Further Maths teacher requested I assist with his GCSE maths class and when other `A`-level students began coming to me for help (on grounds that I was able to explain some of the concepts better than some of the teachers :-)

Over the years I have helped a number of students via family and friend connections on an informal, ad-hoc basis with mathematics, always with favourable feedback
