I have an A grade in A-Level Government and Politics after studying at King Edward VI Five Ways school and am currently studying Political Science at the University of Birmingham.

I am passionate about this subject and keenly follow developments both on a domestic and foreign level.

As I have recently completed the course, I understand the demands of the new A-levels and aim to work closely with my students to enable them to gain the top grades.

The key to achieving this is a combination of solid content knowledge and well developed essay writing skills.
My students will be tutored in both of these skills to ensure that they have the correct exam technique. This is achieved with a focus on the use of mark schemes and examiner`s reports.

I am able to tailor lessons to address areas of the course which my pupils are struggling with.
Such individual attention will greatly benefit them come exam time.

Availability: Most weekday evenings, except Fridays. Also available on Sundays.

Experience: I have significant political experience working with a number of different organisations and have mentored in different subjects, helping others to progress. I have also previously tutored politics A-level and so am used to teaching this course.
