When academìc knowledge and teaching qualification with many years of teaching experience come together, then you have found the right tutor. I am a Chemistry teacher at a Main College in Brighton (Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry PGCE & QTS in Biology, Chemistry and Physics). I have over 25 year of teaching experience, teaching at secondary school to degree level at university. I graduated from Sussex University with a PGCE, prior to that I studied Chemistry/Biology for 7 years at Brighton University achieving BSc. Hons in Combined Sciences and Ph.D. in Chemistry. I have a passion for teaching and believe that I can bring out the best in people. I am confident in supporting individuals with their learning as I do this on a daily basis with classes of my own.

I am professional, yet very approachable, and have a friendly manner. My emphasis is always on the development of students through positive encouragement and measurable progress through Q and A and assessment. Study skills, educational plan, and guidance are also provided. Individual needs and style of learning for my students are discussed in order to proceed with tuition in the most effective way.

I am an enthusiastic, creative and highly motivated Science/Chemistry teacher; I have demonstrated success in effectively planning for teaching and motivating students to achieve their potential. I am a positive communicator, able to interact with students of different backgrounds at varying levels of ability.

Experience: My teaching experience at level 3, 4, and 5 started in 2007 in a mainstream state school and I worked alongside very experienced and creative teachers. The number of years I have taught science has taught me how individual students are unique and have preferred learning styles. my main specialism is Chemistry up to KS5 and Biology at KS4. I have a vast amount of resources including PowerPoints and bank of exam questions for my students to improve their grades. I have tutored at various levels: KS3, GCSE, A-level, and Degree level ( I have many years of experience in research and many publications).
