Enthusiastic biology and maths tutor!

I am an enthusiastic, committed and hard working full time student who is studying Biomedical science at University of Strathclyde. During high school I studied HIGHER Mathematics, Chemistry, English and Human Biology in 5th year and ADVANCED HIGHER biology and mathematics in 6th year. I thoroughly enjoyed setting up a study plan for each subject and preparing for my exams.

I am happy to pass on my exam techniques and study plans , to help my student prepare fully for upcoming exams. It is important to me that my students are understanding the basics of the subject before going into detail on any subject matter. Therefore i will go through the basics and then as each week takes place i will go through exam technique and the curriculum of each subject in order to make my client aware of what is needed to achieve a certain grade.

I look forward to teaching fellow students with a positive mind state and an enthusiastic attitude to help them improve on their grade in a fun and meaningful way!

Experience: I have been tutoring for 2 years with a tutoring agency, teaching GCSE/National 5 Biology and Maths, as a part time job on top of my degree. All of my my previous students have sat their exams and achieved higher grades than their stated predicted grades. With this experience I can confidently say that my ability in teaching has been successful, as I am able to adapt to each individual student based on their strengths and weaknesses.
