Information about Ariane
I have more than 24 years of teaching and still find teaching French exciting and love to communicate this excitement and love to my students. I am specialised in Gcse exams but like to teach all ages.
I am enthusiastic and make learning fun, interesting and suitable for every stage and age. Each lesson is created especially to suit individual need.
As a native French speaker who lived in France I try to bring the language and culture to life.
Availability: I am available all week days and week-end.
I teach only online at the moment.
Willing to travel: 2 miles
Experience: I am a qualified French teacher experienced in all Key Stages. I taught French in Primary and Secondary Schools, University and as a private tutor to children from the age of 4 to over 70.

Ariane is an excellent, supportive tutor who provided online French GCSE and A-level tuition to our daughter over the years, and helped her not only to achieve the highest possible grades in both GCSE (grade 9) and A-level (grade A*) exams but also to develop her genuine love for the French language and culture. Ariane has an excellent knowledge of both GCSE and A-level syllabus and academic expectations, and her lessons are always very engaging and carefully planned to meet our daughter’s particular requirements and to address her weaknesses. We could not have wished for a better tutor and would highly recommend Ariane to anyone who is looking for a French tutor!

My daughter wants to improve her French grades in the upcoming GCSE and I was on the look for a tutor and found Ariane through Tutor Hunt. I am very pleased with her approach to tutoring. She uses a number of techniques to get my daughter into the subject in all angles - vocabulary, speech, listening and writing. She gives interesting homework which encourages my daughter to spent time on the subject. I feel, during this short period, my daughters focus on the French language has increased and she herself has found enthusiasm to learn the subject.

Very pleased with Ms Araine helping our DS to a 9 at GCSEs. As a native speaker she was especially a big help with listening/speaking skills and help refine the grammar usage. Highly recommend!
