Hi!
My name is Rory and I currently work as an oral surgery trainee, having completed a dental degree in 2019. I have always been an enthusiastic learner, and enjoy sharing knowledge with my peers. Outside of education, I enjoy hill-walking, and playing football and golf.
Availability: I am available every evening from 17.00 and all day at weekends.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: At school I achieved 11A*s and 2As at GCSE, and A*A*A* in A-level biology, chemistry and mathematics.
I was a student mentor for first year dentists helping them through their studies and also ran a reading club at secondary school helping those in younger years who struggled.
Since 2015, I have taught over 5 students through tutorhunt, receiving good feedback from them all. I now help teach undergraduate dental students. I am also taking a formal qualification in teaching starting September 2021.
I carry out virtual dental consultations as part of my day job, so I am used to working and illustrating ideas remotely.

He is a brilliant tutor he has give my daughter lots of knowledge and confidence and helped her massively improve in Chemistry. He’s very patient, polite, punctual. He has a calm attitude which helps pupils relax with the subject.
