Information about Lana
Hi, my name is Lana, and I have been working for the past few years in education, supporting children who are unable to access mainstream school to keep up with their learning. Additionally, I am offering my services here to young people and adults who are working to a GCSE level or below.
I am experienced with all ages, SEN, and behavioural challenges and I am also a qualified psychotherapist meaning all sessions are pressure-free and relaxed.
Availability: I am available for sessions during the day, evenings and have some slots on weekends.
Willing to travel: 15 miles
Experience: I have been working with children for many years now and have been acting as tutor and mentor for children unable to access mainstream education due to mental health challenges. I am experienced in helping children up to a GCSE level to keep up with their education in a calm and relaxed way. I am a qualified psychotherapist and always keep the sessions lighthearted and fun, without compromising on the learning. Anxious students are welcome, learning doesn`t need to be stressful!

Honestly the best tutor you could ask for! Very much concentrates on the individual so with an autistic child this is an amazing approach and very much appreciated. Very kind, especially younger children will feel incredibly comfortable. She is very clear on what was achieved in lessons and progress. Very much makes learning fun.
