Jock

I am Jock and I am a Scottish Tutor with experience teaching in Europe and Asia. After completing my MA International Business and Marketing degree at the Edinburgh Business School I completed the intensive CELTA diploma. I have loved putting my two passions together, traveling and teaching. I have thoroughly enjoyed my last two years teaching around the globe, getting to experience new people and cultures regularly. When I am not at work I love turning my attention to my other passions, running, climbing, and cycling. Scotland is a wonderful country for outdoor sports (if you don`t mind the rain and the cold) and gives me a sometimes much need break from the city.

Availability: I am always happy to be very flexible to your needs. I totally understand that things may need to be check last minute which I can always help out with.

Experience: I completed my CELTA diploma in Edinburgh shortly after completing my masters degree. Since then I have taught a lived in primarily in Malaysia, Germany and the UK. I have experience teaching English students from around the globe at every level and at every age. I have also had plenty of one-to-one teaching experience helping students to hone their technical abilities.
I have spent the last few years working with students to proof read and edit dissertations and assignments for both native and second language speakers.
