Retired teacher of French and Latin. All levels from Common Entrance up to A Level. Will communicate in detail with the student and their parents beforehand in order to make the first lesson and all future lessons beneficial and productive.
Availability: Daytime, evenings and weekends.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: 30 years teaching experience in both state and private schools. I retired three years ago but am still very much in touch with the curriculum. Most of my tuition comes by recommendation. I am currently an Examiner for A Level Latin and have been an Examiner for GCSE French.

Karen has been extremely responsive to our needs and adopted a perfect teaching style, balancing the proportion of grammar and conversation to suit our needs and providing us with excellent textbooks and teaching material. 3 lessons in and very happy continuing.
